My NSVs (some pictures)

i just want to share with you guys some of my NSVs:

I have done taebo (40 -45 mins ) daily for 2 1/2 months then i recently switched to 30-day shred.
i continuously log in my exercise and food intake since I started with my journey.

though, a lot of times, my scale is not friendly to me, I see lots of improvement on different parts of my body.

here are some pics that show my back has improved:

this was taken in May. notice those bra rolls.

the one on the left was taken in June (i think) and the one on the right was taken yesterday (July 13th, 2014) .

i am hoping the bra rolls will go away soon. i know hard work is paying off.

the pants i was wearing below is size 16. notice the sides and the back part. now they are too big for me.
