Keen runner looking to lose a stone

Didn't realise how much I over ate or said "I'm running later so it doesn't count" when shoving a biscuit in my mouth!! Have put on 1 and 1/2 stone since last summer so looking to lose at least a stone, currently 10st 3lb. Any other runners? Weaknesses are crusty bread and butter and chocolate

I'm trying (trying!) to start filling myself with the right fuels and seeing treats as treats rather than exercise rewards.0 -
Hi really like logging everything online and seeing how many calories I have left! Bulking everything out with salad at the mo, think I nee to cut down my fruit consumption as I'm going over sugar allowance because of it.
How often do you run? Found it hard at first but can't imagine life without it now!0 -
Really very rarely at the moment. I started four or five years ago and could run no further than a block. Eventually I started Park Run 5ks, did a couple of 10ks and made an awful attempt at a half marathon in April. I have not run a step since the half marathon!!
Good work on bulking with greens, my sister swears by it. I'm looking into protein - as a vegetarian cheese-fiend I find it difficult to eat what I ought to be eating and tend to stick to my faves!

4 times a week running, try and fit in cycling as well! I love cheese, Camembert spread on crusty bread *drools* complete carb addict! Have a half-marathon this weekend and 10k 2days after if my back allows0
