Weigt not budging

My weight loss has been so slow since joining in March. I have only lost 7 lbs.so far and would like to lose 50 to 60 more. I workout 6 days a week usually to The Firm DVD's and walking. I am also measuring all of my food. It is very frustrating because I have so much more to go. I would appreciate any advice and if anyone would like to look at my food diary, it is open Thanks

I think number one advice people here will give you is to weigh your food on a scale, not to use cups as a measuring tool.0 -
Thank you for replying. Yes, I did switch to a digital scale because I was measuring in cups.0

Just my advice from personal experience but I would try to change things up a bit. Maybe try carb cycling for a couple weeks or change the ratio of macros your taking in.0

I loss 63 sofar.Since I joined gym weight stop moving...I count points now trying counting calories.hope this get me moving...0

If you recently started at a gym, this could be causing water retention. You're still losing, so don't worry. Weight loss is not linear anyways.0 -

TBH i don't know if i can give advice, but when i can do is share what i do , and in that don't do , hope it helps .....here it goes
personal Trainer once a week ( sat mornings early ): i find this challenges me to keep getting fitter and work out in the week to be ready for saturday - also stops me from getting on the beers on a friday night :drinker:
work out during the week mixture of running and Kettlebell training ( kettle bells -this has been a huge help for my weight loss ) for at least 20 mins of high intensity ( monday & friday is my rest day )
typical week now would consist of - monday - rest , tuesday 3 km run, wednesday indoor cricket , thursday soccer training , friday rest , saturday PT sunday soccer
food typical day would be
breakfast- weetbix and a skinny latte
snack - banana
lunch - tuna on ryvita
snak fruit
dinner stir fry or generally what i want ( total calorie intake is appox 1500 currently )
i also bought a nike fuel band but a fitbit would obviously do the same and i aim to do 10k steps per day great motivator and well worth the money IMO
so i hope this gives you some ideas0
