Weight watchers turkey chili- I havent' met a person who hasn't liked it. Even the kids.

    10 oz. of ground turkey
    1 med. onion diced
1- 28oz. can of diced tomatoes
    2- med. zucchini diced
    2- medium yellow squash
1- 15oz. can black beans rinsed and drained
2-15 oz. cans of low sodiuim beef broth
4 celery stalks of celery diced ( i don't like them so I never used them)
    2 green bell pepers diced
1 pk dry chili seasoning. ( i use mccormacks)

I usuall double the meat and the seasoning! I also use 32 oz. box of beef broth.

In large soup pot Saute turkey and onions

Add remaining ingredients , bring to a simmer for 30 minutes
The kids sometimes have tortilla chips or low fat mexican cheese.

    Stuffed mushrooms!!

This is a good recipe...I use 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese and I don't use the bread crumbs, they really are unnecessary!
