What is your macro %?

Curious to see where each of us has ours set.

I'm constantly changing mine trying to find the perfect number, but its currently set at 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat.

    not at all. i think alot of people work it this way, it simplifies things greatly

    40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fat.

    i find it very difficult to eat to my max for protein, but i get pretty close.

    I just try to always have a higher protein : carb ratio; higher carb : fat ratio; higher fat : sugar ratio.

    Mine isn't really set to a ratio, but rather my fat & protein are set to specific minimums to reach (well, as specific as MFP will let me get). It works out to something like 26% protein, 22% fat, 48% carbs. Like others, though, protein is the only one I really watch since I have a hard time reaching it. My fat is usually over and I fill in whatever's left with carbs.

    40 carbs, 30 fat, and 30 protein, but like others I mostly focus on getting my protein min (105 g). If I do that it generally falls into place, and if I'm somewhat high on fat and low on carbs (within 10%), which is my usual tendency, I don't care.

    40% protein, 30% carbs/fat are my set macro goals.

    The thing I do the most is focus on keeping carbs below 30%, and hitting a minimum of 50g protein. Beyond that, i don't really care which way fats or proteins skew for the day.
