yup...I'm one...follow more of an 80/10/10 diet...and if there arent fruits and veggies available then I will eat brown rice, steamed veggies, potatoes etc.0

Agreed. I find that when I'm McD-ing, I don't have the cravings for junk food like I do when eating a higher animal protein diet.
