Day 22.. Struggling

So it's day 22 today & I've only lost 5 pounds up until now, which was all in the first 2 weeks. I'm working out for over an hour 5-6 days a week & sticking to my calorie goal.
Am I being silly worry about not losing much? I guess it hasn't even been a month yet.

You are losing over a pound a week-that's fine!
Make sure you are weighing all your solid food on a food scale and measure all caloric liquids in measuring cups and spoons.
What's your calorie goal?0 -
your expecting too much from yourself. 1-2 pounds is a healthy way to do things, you are probably trimming down inches elsewhere
stick with it!!0 -
Sometimes your body needs a break from working out and eating so healthy. There was a day I didn't work out and didn't watch what I ate carefully and I lost 2lbs. Now I didn't veg out, but I didn't stress about it either. If you're eating the same things, switch it up. Or if you do the same exercises switch that up to. It keeps your body guessing. Also, some people lose more what faster because of their weight. Especially if they are much heavier.0

Don't panic. You're doing just fine... actually, you're doing great! I dropped 6 pounds right away then nothing for the next few weeks. I was pretty discouraged but before I knew it, I stepped on the scale and had lost 6 more. Keep it up!0

My daily calorie goal is 1,390. I don't eat back calories burned which is usually around 600.0
