C25K app that also does what Runkeeper, etc. do?

I've been using Map My Run to sync exercise calories with MFP, but I'm now thinking of using C25K to force myself to work back into running gradually after an injury. (Too much, too soon was what got me in trouble in the first place!) But I've gotten used to tracking distance, time, calories, etc. with Map My Run and having it automatically upload to MFP for me, and I'm not looking forward to adding yet ANOTHER app on top of MFP, Fitbit, and Map My Run.

There's a C25K listed under the apps on MFP, but I'm not clear on what it tracks/syncs. Can anyone tell me how those workouts show up in MFP? How does it figure your calories burned?

Alternately, does anyone know of another C25K app that would do those things Map My Run does (distance, time, calories, pace, etc.), even if I have to log my calories manually on MFP?

Runkeeper and Endomondo both have 5K training plans available. Just replace MMR with one of them.

Excellent, thanks! I'd gotten a free download of Runkeeper a while back and liked it well enough, but didn't want to pay for the full version just to get the MFP sync when Map My Run worked pretty well for free. But for the sync and the C25K, I'll shell out for the upgrade.

I've only got tge free service of Runkeeper and have MFP sync available. And the 5K plan is on the free version as well.
