I am P.U.S.H. and I am here because I like to discuss fitness and health with you. I hope to find some good advice and to be able to contribute something!
About me: I'm 27 years old and halfway on a journey to become fitter and healthier than ever in my life. When I started I was 106 kg, I didn't exercise and I was smoking. In the last 1.5 year I changed all that. Now I am 89 kg, I exercise 6 times per week and I haven't smoked in a long time (in fact smoking disgusts me, making it very easy to stay abstinent). I remember somebody saying somewhere that if you make your lifestyle more healthy with one change and you see how it pays off that you may find yourself continually "investing" in your health - one change leading to many changes, which is what happened to me. My motivation only gets stronger as I make more improvements, to the point where I am unstoppable!
So you may have guessed, I have more plans:
- In the next 6 months I hope to lose another 10 kg or so (so the weight loss is finished).
- I will lose by making some changes in my diet (better tracking, more regular meals, more vegetables) and exercise routine (I'll slowly start doing more).
- I'll start doing more strength training (so far I've just been experimenting with it every 2 weeks or so).
So that's what I'm up to. Thanks for your interest and I hope we'll have a good time together!

I only need to lose about 4kgs I just can't be bothered with doing something about so someone called P.U.S.H. sounds like a positive. I've done some strenghth training but not enough as I know I should.
Add me if you like. I'm Aussie.0 -
Thanks for the welcome and the invitation! Hope you meet your goals!0
