3 Stone Down!

I started my weight loss journey on the 6th of January, weighing in at 14 stone 10 lbs (206lbs) - excuse the picture, it was Halloween and I was the Eleventh Doctor, because why wouldn't you be? Plus, it's one of the only photos of me before I started - now I'm a selfie master!

This morning, after 192 days, I weighed in at 11 stone 10 lbs (164lb) - that's a 3 stone loss!

I'm not quite done yet - I'm aiming to drop another 10 lbs, but I'm chuffed to bits so far!
It's all down to the community of MFP in my opinion. I've got so much support from my friends on here - most of whom are fellow Whovians, so that always helps! - and they've helped me keep going, and hopefully I've done the same for them.

And just for comparison, here's a side-by-side shot of my face before and after (although the after was around a month ago!)
