Zip lining / Canopy Tour

I work out 7 days a week and I hate missing a morning workout but this morning we are going on a canopy walk / zipline thing. I can't imagine the zip lining would be strenuous but there are climbs and challenges leading up to the zipline. I was wondering what I should enter this as in my diary. Has anyone done one of these? How many calories did you burn? Thanks

I did zip-lining / canopy tour in Massanutten last year... it wasn't too strenuous but alot of fun. Honestly, I didn't enter the activity on MFP but I would maybe enter it as a mild cardio workout..0
