Get fit or die tryin'

6 and a half months gone of 2014. I made resolutions to lose weight Jan 2013....I am still fat and I have lost zilch. Somehow I can' quite get there! It's my mind that can't get into gear and my body just doesn't shift the weight anymore. I need something to kickstart some weightloss. I have kicked the biscuit habit. I am walking more ( the gym was too much for me to stay with) I need to shift this weight by Christmas. I will get fit or else die trying. I am full of admiration for those of you who have succeeded...words of advice would be appreciated.

    Just keep plugging along. Don't stop...ever! Weigh all your food. Watch portions. Don't cheat yourself on your logs. When your mind catches it...your body will follow. Or exercise half asleep that way, your body and your mind won't know what's doing until it is already done and you can say, "Hah" I fooled you!
