Pineapple in its own juice (drained), a dash of vanilla, and sweetener of your choice.

Fresh berries is always my first go to!

    A dash of cinnamon
    Bananas
A drizzle of honey or your natural sweetener
Natural Peanut butter(don't knock it until you try it!)
    Vanilla

You could also add some spices and use it as a veggie dip!

I use plain yogurt for a lot of things.
Use it instead of sour cream in a number of dishes.
I used it to mix my chicken salad last night instead of mayo.

Of course, I use it with fruit and nuts a lot.
I use it to make smoothies

and this morning for breakfast - mixed cherry tomatoes, avocado and hot sauce with it.
    instead of cottage cheese.

I love me some berries in my yogurt! A little bit of natural preserves is good too - usually not very high cal if you use portion control but it does usually mean a bit of added sugar, if that's a concern for you. I've actually made my own compote to add in too - just cooked down some rhubarb and strawberries (no added sugar) and it was pretty darn good!

When I'm seriously watching my calories, I use plain Greek yogurt with honey. If I can add a few more calories, I'll add a scoop of frozen fruit with the honey. If I'm looking to have a heavy exercise day, then it's simply a scoop of protein powder.

You could try muesli (I like Bob's Red Mill)...let it sit in the fridge overnight and eat it for breakfast the next morning.

As well as the above suggestions, I've added a tablespoon of cocoa powder (20 cal) and a tablespoon of peanut butter and some stevia and it's like a chocolate peanut butter cup...but good for you lol

    berries
    chia seeds (fiber)
"cookie" spices (cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, etc.)

    pretty much anything naturally sweet

add: if you want to go savory, try curry spices and cut-up cooked chicken.

    Here are some savory suggestions:

Oil-cured olives -- other olives may be good, too

cucumbers -- here's a recipe from my hobby cooking blog: http://heidicookssupper.com/blog/2009/09/19/tzatziki-raita-maast-o-khiar-jajik-cucumber-yogurt-is-a-good-idea/
