    How do you know you're the minority? A lot of women only threads about menstrual cycles in which the OP is assuming dudes would be grossed out, the ones seeking female only FL get called out too. Le sigh.

    I am new to fitbit and myfitnesspal. I started my fitnesspal in July and have lost 8# with just counting calories. I just got a fitbit last night and don't really know what I'm doing with it. I tried to get it to log my sleep pattern. I messed up cause it said I slept 31 hours and really I only slept 7. I am gonna look on youtube to see how to work the fitbit....there is always someone who likes to video record and post this stuff for other people to see. Anyway, just responding to your post. Over the past 2 years I have lost 28# so I'm on the road. It seems like the more tools and knowledge I get.....the better I can work this weight loss thing.
