Bought a box of each of these on a whim....and reduced in Asda this week :-)
To my surprise, I really don't feel hungry after taking a shake or a soup!
Each shake/soup has 20 g protein in it, so that's why, I guess. Had my brekkie shake at 8am today, didn't think about snacking until 1pm! Unheard of :-)
I am not a fan of these things normally, having tried Slim Fast and Herbalife in the past, but got to say, I would recommend these if you were happy to try them. Even for a week and see what happens.

Good luck.

I got them 2 days ago for £10 for 10 shakes and £5 for 8 soups...this is the reduced price. Soups taste a little powdery, but they do the job.
