Hey there!

I'm Adriana and I'm a college student living in Ottawa, ON.
I've been struggling with my weight a lot over the past several years.
I can't count the amount of times I've tried to loose weight or try 'diets' without any success or progress.

I'm going to start trying again though!
I want to become healthy and happy in my own skin.
I would love any kind of support, encouragement or accountability anyone has to offer.
I'm happy to give you mine. I know how hard this journey is but we can all do it! :)

-Adriana

Yoyoing is hard, but once you get committed it'll happen! Feel free to add me if you'd like : ) I'm in a similar case

It seems daunting especially when you have a lot of weight to lose (I myself want to lose at least 85lbs.) I try not to think of the big number. When I start thinking of 85lbs I start doubting myself. Instead I think of it in 10-20lb increments at a time. Currently I am thinking about hitting that 30lb mark. Kinda stupid, but it helps me not feel overwhelmed lol.
