I am officially overweight! NSV

I decided to look at what my BMI was today, just to see where I'm at. Weight loss has been a bit slow lately and I wanted to see how much progress I had made since I joined MFP in December. I am happy to say that I am no longer in the obese category! It is such an amazing feeling!

    Thanks everyone! I have 22 lbs to go to be healthy weight, but right now, I'll settle for overweight and be super happy!

    I consider it a non-scale victory because the scale hasn't really moved much in the last month, so I haven't had a lot of positive reinforcement lately. I hadn't looked at my BMI in a while (I think those charts are crap basically), so this was a scale-related NSV for me at this point in time, if that makes sense. :)

    when i started losing weight my short term goal was to get down to 13st for my wedding and im nearly there but after that i had no idea what to set my goal as, you're post has inspired me to set it to being what is classed as a healthy BMI
