Having trouble trying to lose my last 12lbs

Hello I am 5'3 131lbs female I started out at 145, I am trying to lose my last 12lbs but I am having a lot of trouble,
I am working out 6 days a weeks, counting my calories as best as I could and I see no difference, has anyone else struggle with this, I am 26 years old and I remember that it was so easy for me to lose weight a few years back and now it's gotten so hard, any tips and ideas are welcomed!

Do you work out? Cardio? Weight Train?0

Yes I mostly do stairs, treadmill, elliptical, and some weights. I do this 6 days a week0

Been there. Im on the last 5 now. Took a couple months to lose the 5 before this. When i got here i noticed the weight loss crawling. And it will. The good news is that if you keep doing what youre doing it WILL come off. Slowly. Just gotta be patient!0

When you say "counting calories as best I could" - are you weighing and measuring your foods whenever possible, or just eyeballing and guessing on portions? If it's the latter, that could be part of the problem. But hard to say for sure without more info. What is your calorie goal and are you meeting it? Do you track burned exercise calories and do you account for those in your daily goal? Making your diary public would make offering advice easier.0
