fitbit help! Please!!

Hello any fitbit users out there. hoping someone has been through this and can help. I recently purchased a new tracker and disconnected my old one and reconnected my new one using the two websites. But since then, myfitnesspal doesn't show any activity for fitbit adjustment (no line even shows up). my settings show I am connected to fitbit though, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! This is one of my only motivations to keep walking (seeing the calorie burn earned!).

    It may just be because they've been having syncing issues lately. Try disconnecting and then re-connecting to see if you see the adjustment. You may need to do that a few times a day to pull over your Fitbit adjustment, at least until they figure out what the issue is!

    I don't know, I've never had this problem but I read somewhere that one of the things screwing up the synch was people disconnecting and reconnecting their accounts over and over.

    affinset- Some said forcing a synch with their Fitbit Connect software helped. Also, have you earned a Fitbit adjustment today? I'm not sure if the line item shows up if one hasn't been earned and negative adjustments are disabled. Maybe enable negative adjustments in the MFP settings for Fitbit and see if it shows up?

    Email MFP support if you can not get it to work. They were great about helping me resolve my issues. I was accessing MFP through my computer and my android phone. When the android app updated it caused issues. If you use android go into settings, steps, and make sure Fitbit is marked. This got me up and running again. However, the app kept deselecting Fitbit and I would have to go in and reset it. I ended up deleting it from my phone because it got so aggravating.
