Downloaded the app on the iPhone when it was released (I think), but never used it. But yesterday, I decided to go hardcore on this thing. Now I'm tracking everything, just spent half an hour clicking every tab, finding the ins and outs of the site, and losing weight feels a bit more realistic now.
Kinda wish I could find a running/biking buddy where I live here on this app, but apparently there are none according to the site (Or at least it wouldn't show any when I searched, it was giving me people around the country when I selected within 25 miles).
Anyways, thanks for reading. I never know what to put in these intro posts.

Posting your intake of foods gets easier as time goes. It has a frequent and recent foods to select from so helps with quick reporting. Only draw back is you have to have internet or data connection to search food database. Every once in a while that is an issue.0
