Help!! 118lbs 5'9 and tummy pooch

Hey guys, so ive always been skinny my whole life not weighing more than 123lbs and eating whatever i wanted. Any advice pn how to control cravings would be greatly appricated. However ive always had a pooch most likely from poor diet. However i recently have gone all healthy and the pooch hasnt gone down and gets big after i eat. How do i get rid of it completely? Im a model so i want a flatter stomach so i can start doing bikini shoots.
Any help will be greatly appricated thanks!

    Diet and cardio with lower ab workouts!!! Diet and nutrition is key though!!!

    you are not overweight, if anything you are underweight. i am an inch shorter than you and my healthy weight would be 20 pounds higher than you are. i would focus on toning. strength training. maybe not cut calories but focus on the balance of your diet.

    cardio... i dunno. it would decrease fat but i think you could transform yourself better with toning based on your weight, if you arent already.

    but i am no expert, just what i would do.
