My insanity results Before/ After

This is my first time posting before and after, I hope it actually works. These results are 2 months of insanity 
A year ago I weighed my heaviest at 170 lbs. I recently finished insanity, and it was the best decision ever. I currently weigh 146 lbs- and still going down! Thanks for reading..
