Hi, I am new at this site. Working toward good health for a long time. For whatever reason last week I started with Myfitnesspal. There is a great app on my phone. If anyone has great advice for low cal/low carb snacks let me know. Right now I am eating every 2 hours (from6am-6pm)

    Hi and welcome! I snack on hard boiled eggs, fruit, almonds, cottage cheese, fiber bars (so u stay fuller longer), Greek yogurt...just to name a few of my snacks!
