Uncle Ben's boil-in-bag brown rice confusion

On the box of Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Boil in Bag Rice it states that there are 4 bags in the box, and each bag is 2 cups. However, when I measured it out in a measuring cup, one bag of cooked rice came out to only be 1 cup. The nutrition facts on the box also states that there are 8 servings of 1 cup cooked serving sizes, suggesting that each of the 4 bags should contain 2 servings, equaling 8 total cups in the box, or 2 cups per bag.

I've also weighed the rice after cooking and one bag equals about 200 grams. According to this website (http://www.traditionaloven.com/conversions_of_measures/rice_amounts_converter.html) 200 grams of rice is 1 cup.

Has anyone else noticed this and figured a way to accurately track the macros? Or am I just bad at math?
