    I make these for my kids for breakfast during the school year. They are not big breakfast eaters so I roll them into balls and keep in the freezer and (this is the most important part) call them cookies. I make a batch and add 1 scoop chocolate protein power and 1/2 C ground flax seed. I have also added raisin and nut trail mix or mashed up a banana. Since I roll them into balls I can usually get 24 servings at around 150 cal per serving.
