What do you define as good or bad? If you like it and it fits in with your goals eat it. If not eat something else0

It's pasta. It's good for you. Add bacon and it becomes a superfood.0
-
If it fits into your calories, eat it! There's nothing inherently wrong with carbs or calorie dense foods :] Esp if you're in the middle of Ramadan, I doubt you're really going over your daily calories. Measure it and eat up!0

most people here really dislike labeling food as healthy or unhealthy, but relatively speaking pastas probably right in the middle of the spectrum
though i wouldnt eat it as your last meal. stick to the veggies and turkey sandwich0 -

Great advice here!

OP: Happy Ramadan!0 -
If you want it to stick with you longer, I'd put a fatty sauce on it. Think Mac & Cheese.0

I had pasta last night...it was good for me.
Where nutrition is concerned, "good" for you or "bad" for you is often a matter of context and dosage.0 -

There's some culturally sensitive advice (unless, of course, you meant turkey bacon.... )
To the OP, I love pasta but if i was looking at fasting until sunset I'd opt for something with more protein.0 -
It's good, unless it tastes bad. In which case, it would be bad.0

This is a question that depends on the perspective. If I had to face the fast that you are facing, I would choose the meal that would sustain me longer. Then go to sleep early so it's not torture.well its Ramadan and its 3am and i got 1 hour left till i have to fast for 15-17 hours so can i eat pasta that my grandmother made?

No food is good or bad, there is food that has a lot more nutrients than others - but food is good when it meets your needs and food is bad when it takes you over your calorie goal. Basically you could have ice cream if you really wanted.0

I don't know the specifics of what you're going through other than the daylight fast(unless I'm mistaken) I would eat the pasta if you like it, but maybe have the turkey and veggies too(I'd just skip the bread if I'm already carbing on pasta)0

with an second extra serving of turkey... gotta get that protein..0

Doh. Should probably do more than a cursory scan of posts in the future...didn't even see the mention of Ramadan.
