Hi everyone. I am 50 yrs old and I am back at it. I want to lose 20 pounds but it seems like just trying to lose 5 is hard.
I lack motivation right now so I am hoping to find support out there. Anyone want to be my partner with words of wisdom? :)

Not trying to sound like a creeper (I totally will though, and that's okay), but you are absolutely beautiful! Congrats on wanting to lose more weight. I have about 22 lbs left to lose, so we're pretty close with our goals. I don't know if I'll have a lot of wisdom to offer, but I love researching diet and fitness:-) Welcome back!

Thank you. To me researching is to boring. I amm a person that likes to have the info given tome and I will run with it. I was just introduced to "clean eating". I did have to look that up. lol. Any advice on how to lose my weight? I am feeling like I am ready to do this.

Well, I'm no expert. But, the only way to lose weight is to eat at a caloric deficit. I think clean eating is great, except there are tons of different definitions of clean. Don't let it cause you distress. If you want something that's not "clean," don't freak. Fit it into your caloric intake for the day, or burn some calories with exercise to fit the treat in. Really, the best way to sustain weight loss is to make sure you feel satisfied with your new lifestyle:-) Do what makes you happy, within reason, and you'll be successful. I suggest looking up the thread "A guide to get you started on your path to Sexypants." Good luck!
