Hey all!
I've been on MFP for a little over a month. Over the past month, I've just focused on tracking what I eat as accurately as possible and stepping up my exercise game. It's been pretty successful so far, I've made all of my weekly exercise goals! I've lost a couple of inches in my waist (I'm measuring and not using a scale because numbers make me a little insane), which is great, but I'd like to see some more progress so I'm hoping to step it up a notch this month in terms of diet. This is super hard for me because I have a really restricted diet already (celiac disease, a couple of unrelated food allergies), but I need to cut out some of my sugar and fat intake to really see a change.
I'd love some friends to help with accountability along this journey, so feel free to friend me!
