This is more of a "before during" and "during" pic, but it shows how cutting can add definition.
Before pic is at around 160lbs when I first started lifting weights two years ago. Muscles covered by fat.
Second pic is right now at 125lbs after another pregnancy (my 5th child is 14 months old) and lifting 3x week with cardio 5xweek. Right now my focus is on shedding the last fat on my lower abs/love handles with a better defined 6 pack by September.
Posting this in hopes that I can come back with a REAL "after" in a few weeks
You look Amazing!!!! Fantastic job! I just got done doing the 30 day shred and now I am taking a break off to rest. I don't want to push my self too hard.0 -
I can see your confidence in your after pic...that is what I'm striving for:glasses:0

Thank you Iansmommy Getting those awesome results from the Shred---Bravo! It makes such a difference to feel proud/comfortable in a bathing suit and while I am still self conscious and wouldn't wear the swimsuit in my pic in public, you look so great that I'm sure you'll have a fabulous and confident summer!0

Look like different people, the before and afters. Great results!0

Good on you! What an amazing change
This is my first time posting pics, hope it works...
Before (about 5kg less than my top weight  ) 165cm tall, 79.5kg -January 7, 2014
After (during, really, I'm not finished yet!) 64.5kg - July 16, 2014

@Kat, you've made a huge change and look great! Love the white "after" suit---really flatters you!!!
Thank you jehavin :drinker: ! The suit was a present to myself - just from Asos, nothing too fancy. And it's mid-winter here, so it's only going to see the inside of a heated pool most of the time...0 -

What a transformation! Great job! P.S. I like your high-waisted suits---I am looking for a "going out in public" suit and will probably choose one like that to cover up my stretch marks and tattoos0 -
