Hi everyone!

I'm a returning MFP user who needed a fresh/new start on healthy eating and proper exercise as my "old ways" were not generating any progress and I would often get sidetracked from my personal and fitness goals.

Hopefully by being accountable for my lifestyle and the health/nutrition decisions I make will be that little push that gets me rolling!

    Hi! Getting side track was always a problem with me too! I don't know how many times I said to myself "I'll start on Monday"! Until I did the 24 day challenge and that really helped my stay motivated since I had to follow a guideline! Good luck to you on your journey!
