Hi everyone. I am new here and really hoping that the accountability of FP and a few new friends can help me out with this journey. I am 34 years old and have just recently gone through several long months of depression and anxiety and alcohol abuse. I am ready to get rid of the weight I have gained from meds. I want healthier alternatives for my body mind and spirit. I am open to work out plans and any help you may have to offer. Thank you so much!

Hi! I'm a mother to a 3 yr old and was looking for the extra motivation to jump start to reach my goals! I did the 24 day challenge and loved it because i had a guideline I knew I had to follow! Diet and exercise are so important and with that...staying on track and keeping motivated! Remember to stay hydrated throughout your journey too because even 1% dehydrated slows down your metabolism!0
