tons of water now I feel bloated

Drinking water eating less walking 10 miles a week nothing but bloat!!! Why

    Did you just start adding the exercise? It may be water retention from a new exercise program.

    I had the same problem. I take magnesium supplement every morning. Drink Dandelion tea in the afternoon and started taking probiotic gummies. (about 3 a day) I also stopped eating bread. At first it was hard to cut out the bread, but it made all the difference with my bloat belly. Now it's almost gone. Try this for a few days, hopefully it will work for you too.
