Road Trip Workouts

My family and I are going on a road trip soon and I really do not want to spend the next week destroying all the progress I've made. Does anyone know of quick workouts (like ones that could be done at a rest stop in 5 minutes) or good healthy road trip snacks to help me keep my calorie count low?

Jog a lap around the rest stop. Do 20 squats, 20 standing push ups (put your hands on the hood or against a wall) and 20 jumping jacks (or however many you want). I'd also add a bit of stretching in there if you have time. Once you arrive, select activities that get you moving each day. Take walks/hikes, swim etc.
Healthy snacks are easy if you take a small cooler: apples, bananas, grapes, cheese sticks or babybels, hard boiled eggs, protein bars, greek yogurt, peanut butter(put some on your apples or bananas), nuts, raw veggies with hummus..your options are only limited by what you want. Many gas stations carry fruit, salads, even hard boiled eggs.0
