Need Help with Motivation

For the past 5 months I have been sticking to a 1800 calorie a day diet while also not going over 100 carbs a day. I work out for 1/2 hours a day 4/5 times a week. Also take Cellucor Super HD fat burner, L-Carnitine, and a multivitamin. However, in the past 7 months of doing this I have only lost 10 pounds. When I look up online I see that the average person can lose between 1/2 pounds a week healthily. I also understand that in order to burn fat you must have a calorie deficit of 500 pounds a day for 1 pound and 1000 for 2 while subtracting you RMR and such other things. Any help on how I can lose weight more effectively and efficiently would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes if you could I would like to know more information on the meal replacement shake. What meal did you replace with this shake?

    I recently started using a meal replacement shake called Shakeology that a lot of my friends use. My sister recommended it for me when I couldn't seem to lose the extra weight. It is a meal replacement shake, but it is made from whole foods. It keeps me full and tastes really good. It has definitely helped me lose the pounds and I have a ton more energy. Let me know if you want more information about it. I think it may help you. I definitely helped me.
