Too many carbs need a cleanse

The past month has included WAY too many carbs! I have been having bagels and pasta nonstop!! (Long story as to why)

Please help! I need a way to cleanse my body, without doing a strictly drinking cleanse. Aside from eating a lot of fruits and veggies and plain lean protiens, is there anything else I can do?

    What exactly do you need to"cleanse" that your liver isn't already doing?

    Your body doesn't need to be cleansed. There is nothing dirty in it to wash out. Plus, you can't wash the insides of your body anyway. You just need to give it time to digest and process and use what you've given it.

    Suggestion... don't go from all carbs to no carbs. The body is remarkably strong but fragile at the same time. Try switching from refined white flour to whole grains. If you're wanting to stay away from grains altogether go for carbs that have nutritional density like sweet potatoes and bananas. Carbs are a vessel for energy and, when we're making good choices, vitamins and minerals too.
