Exercise burns calories. Fat WILL get burned once glycogen stores get depleted, but it usually takes quite a long duration for it to happen (2 hours or more).
You cannot spot reduce any fat from any part of the body with exercise.
Best way to lose body fat is to be consistent with calorie deficit.

    False!

You can't spot reduce fat. Long term calorie deficit will help reduce overall fat.

A belly wrap magically removed the fat from the cells in your stomach? I know that sounds snarky, but it doesn't work. Those body wraps do a great job of removing excess water from in and around the cells. It's temporary. You can achieve the same thing with Preparation H and Icy Hot. Those are the active ingredients in body wraps.

You can't just post things like that. It might be funny to you, but new people don't know. I know when I started out I tried everything. If someone said it worked then I was off to buy it. Let's keep that in mind when people ask for help.

Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit. That's just monitoring how much you are eating.
Cardio/running helps your cardiovascular system and can help you maintain a calorie deficit.
Strength training can help you preserve lean mass and help with body composition when you reach your goal.

The best exercise is simply one you enjoy and will stick with.

Too much of a calorie deficit will make it easier and harder, you have to eat so much so you don't put your body into starvation mode, if you do that your metabolism will get worse and worse with time. And Cardio workouts are normally the best because you burn the most calories.

But ya you have to find what is best for you, me personally I'm doing the P90x workout plan, with the extra cardio. I enjoy plyometrics even though it can be hard at time.
