    145lb down, another before and after

    I decided to try and remake the original picture from exactly one year ago.

    So here's the before picture

    Same flip-flops and watch but I don't have the same shorts or t-shirt any more. It almost looks as though I've got man-boobs and a bit of belly but that's the loose skin I have, there's practically no fat whatsoever there now. The M*A*S*H t-shirt is a medium, the Lumberjack one is an XXXL.

      I like your M*A*S*H shirt, btw. When I was a kid I had one of those favorite outfits that kids tend to develop and wear as soon as they come out of the clothes dryer. The shirt was a M*A*S*H* Hot Lips 4077 shirt :)
