      It took about a year.

      I watched my calories and worked out approximately 4x per week (mostly ZUMBA)

      My biggest note to you would be: find an exercise you love, it will be what keeps you from failing. For me it was dance. I love it so much it was never a chore to work out.

      I weight myself every day to keep on track.

      We are quite similar, but I have a little ways to go to meet my final goal. But at 37 (which I will be in a month), I sure hope I can reach that goal and look as good as you!
