Any suggestion on high carb low calorie food

im tired of brown rice.

Flat-Out Wraps. 9g of protein in them too. I get mine at Wal-Mart.0

Steamed or baked pumpkins, especially butternut, buttercup, and acorn pumpkins.
Steamed or based sweet potato
They are sweet yet have low GI, filling, savory, full of fiber, Vitamin A, and iron. I think these root vegetables are a better alternative to brown rice.0 -
I switch between brown rice and sweet potatoes! Quinoa maybe?0

Other than brown rice I get my carbs from:
Whole wheat breads
Quinoa
Multigrain Crackers with a lot of whole grains like (sea salt and black sesame wild rice works crisps)
Steal cut oatmeal (or regular oatmeal if you don't like the chewiness of steel cut)
Barley
Millet (I make these delicious millet cakes pan fried in some canola spray)
Whole wheat wraps ( there are several low calorie ones)0 -
"riced" cauliflower - at first I thought it was a weird suggestion and thought it would taste gross (cuz I dont like mashed cauliflower as a sub for mashed potatoes) but if the food is well sauced and seasoned and served OVER the cauliflower, then the cauliflower only soaks up the flavor and taste pretty good.0
