105 pounds and counting! With pics

I started my serious to getting healthy in July 2013 and since then have dropped 105 pounds. I used MFP to help track water and food but also used specialty supplements. I have blossomed and realized nothing is impossible. Never in my life would I think I would take on a 5K training! I can't wait to see what the future brings.     Wow!!!! You have done great. I just started MFP Wednesday and hope I can follow your footsteps. I would love to loss abt 150 lbs. So are there any thing you can share with me to help me achieve and do as well as you have I would greatly appreciate any help or info. Thanks and keep up the great job!!!!
