    That's an awesome visualization and confirms why strength training is so important, apart from the fact that it feels awesome of course.

    So far, I've lost the amount of pizza an American eats in a year (really? That much? You guys really love your pizza!) and am aiming somewhere between a cinder block and an elephant's heart.
