I have lots of different recipes for fish, chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, lean cuts of beef, lean pork, etc. My grocery list includes lots of fresh meat, lots of fresh veggies, and various spices. I also get low fat cheeses including cottage and ricotta.

If you are "bored" then I would suggest going to a bookstore and getting some new healthy cookbooks! I shop around for new recipes all the time. :flowerforyou:

I'm in college. I shop cheap, but I shop healthy. And I have to make sure to avoid getting things I may binge on.
    -Kashi GoLean cereal
    -unsweet soymilk
    -apples
    -celery
    -canned chickpeas
    -canned spinach and green beans
-almond butter (when it's on sale)
always have some cinnamon and pepper nearby to spice things up accordingly.
