Ice drinks

Have been drinking the "all natural" Ice drinks. They contain no calories, all natural ingredients and have a nice fizz. Probably not as good as water but wondered if there are any negatives ( Besides cost) to these drinks.

It has splenda which is an artificial sweetener. You could look up the drawbacks of that. Also when something says all natural on the label there is no FDA approved definitions. McDonalds could call all of its products natural, but it doesn't mean anything. Its just a buzzword. Water is your best bet, I would compare ice to drinking something like diet soda.0

No, if you don't have any adverse reactions to any of the ingredients it's fine. Some people claim that artificial sweeteners make them crave sweets so they overeat, but if you don't have that issue or can control it via your calorie deficit, then it's not an issue.0
