I intermittently log no calorie beverages. Sometimes I do, lots of times I don't. It's usually flavored water or unsweetened iced tea, so I'm not even getting any sodium. Depends on the day and if I happen to think about it when I'm logging the food for my next day.

I don't log my 3 fish oil capsules or my multivitamin. I don't log any exercise that isn't done expressly for the purpose of exercising.

There's a local restaurant I eat at twice a month that doesn't have calorie information. It is vegan so there aren't a lot of equivalent foods in the database, but I log the components as best I can and call it a day.

I log everything, even if it's something little. Even if it is "zero calorie". Remember most things can be called zero calorie if it has less than 5!

Even the salt I add, mostly because it's lite salt and is like a potassium supplement to me.

Adds up after awhile. Gotta keep the macros in check.

Spices, mustard, salt& pepper, dash of vinegar, anything similar that I have in a tiny amount that is negligible calories. I'm aiming for 1200 so 10-20 calories isn't going to make any difference in the long run!

I usually don't log the two cups of coffee, with sugar free creamer, I drink while at work.
I work as a liquor manager and spend the good part of eight hours doing heavy lifting, which I never log as exercise.
I figure I burn off the 90 calories while I'm there anyway.

Diet pop....Zero calorie and I don't drink it very often...maybe one every couple weeks....more if I'm at the lake. I don't always log all my spices and I never log my tictacs, though I probably eat a half dozen every day

For exercise I don't log housework and I only log my weightlifting as 1 cal to stay accountable...to whom, I don't know, but it seems the right thing to do

Spices, fresh lemon/lime juice, and mustard. Sometimes if I do a little snacking (like a handful of popcorn here or a couple almonds there) I do an estimated log. I usually try to overestimate snacking calories just in case, since those can be the most dangerous!

I don't log gum even though it has 5 calories a stick. I figure all that chewing takes care of that. I'm also bad about logging water. every so often I get into it and then I get lazy again.

I don't log the sugarless candies I suck on since I am on fluid restriction. I don't log my water so I don't see how much I am over my fluid restriction. And I don't log if I have a bite of something somebody else is eating or a food sample.

I don't log fresh garlic or very small amounts of veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion) used for example in a taco or two.
Unsweetened ice tea. Mini can of diet Pepsi. Have maybe one a week. And my one vitamin.

herbs, spices, small amounts of garlic, salt and pepper (I don't get too much salt so it's not a concern).

I do log water using the counter as I'm trying to make sure I'm getting enough, although I don't use the cups system, so I log each glass (around 400ml so more than a cup I think?)

Strength workouts. Well, I log them, but I put them in for 0.1 calories burned because I can't figure out how much they really burn.

My lunch is almost always a salad with chicken. The chicken I weight accurately, the salad is just a guess, the dressing is the same number every time no matter what kind.

I always put 8 glasses of water, but don't count them. I just guess.

I've gotten more agnostic about 100% accurate logging as I've got to my desired weight and work on building muscle in the weight room.

Everything in July, which I decided would be a numbers free month besides any race results. No weigh, no timing, no logging.

Outside of July, I usually log miles, time, and calories.

For food, I avoid logging chewing gum.

I don't log running/walking anymore since my fitbit takes care of that. I usually log everything else since the purpose of my food diary isn't just weight related; it's also to see how different foods affect me physically/mentally.

I don't log my Crystal Light.
I don't usually log my exercise because it's too much of a temptation to eat those calories back.

I don't log water and I sometimes forget to log diet sodas.

I don't log spices or tiny dashes of sauce on things. Or non stick cooking spray. If I chewed no calorie gum or ate no calorie lollies, I wouldn't log them either.

Other things I log by estimate - I don't weigh lettuce and similar things.
