Coming back from a setback

I have been dating my boyfriend for over a year and a half. We have been living together for a while now and my whole lifestyle has changed since then. Before we started dating I worked out almost everyday for 2 hours or more. I had lost over 40 lbs and felt very good about myself. Since moving in with him I have gained over 20 lbs. I try to workout but when I do I don't find myself trying as hard and I workout only 3 times a week max. I need help with motivation and staying away from bad food choices. What changes can I make that will get me back on track?

Oh that is hard, but you know what? Just being here and asking for help is a HUGE first step!
First of all I think it happens to everybody, when things are going on in our lives, we tend to lose focus of what's important. And your health is important. Time to work on yourself is important. Make it a priority again.
Don't beat yourself up because you have had a setback, instead just be honest with yourself. You screwed up, yes. You have gained weight back, yes. But now you are ready to start again, and to challenge yourself so you can feel soooo good after.
Tomorrow you are going to work out, and you are going to push yourself. And you will feel so good after that you will remember why you lost the 40 lbs in the first place.
Just make yourself a priority one hour a day.
You did it once, you can do it again. You got this!!0 -
Hello! Tracking your food will definitely help you. I didn't realize how much I was eating until I started doing this. Also, having people to support you really helps. I have lost 80 pounds in the past two years. I would be happy to help support you.0
