    Nobody can tell you that.

Just keep your goal open to a range between 10-11 stones and see where you like your body best.

i had to look up what a stone was, i am 5'10" and i personally wouldnt want to drop below 12-13stone. my goal is around 13 and to lean out. 10-11 seems so light for a guy

No telling, it depends on your BF% and how healthy you are.
The higher weight might be better and easier to maintain.

I had a boyfriend who was 100% perfect at 5' 10 1/2" and 10 stone 8 lbs. (148) and another boyfriend who was 5' 10" and whose weight ranged between 10 stone (140) and 10 1/2 stone (147) during the time I knew him, so I say, between 10 and 10 1/2 stone.

How long is a piece of string? Don't aim for a specific number. Find a healthy weight where you feel good at. A lot will depend on build, frame size and muscle mass

I'm similar, 5'10" and am currently 11 stone 4. In places I'm way too skinny, but in others I've still got fat to get rid of. So, for me, by the time the muscle replaces the fat I would estimate I will be more like 11stone 7 or just over. For me, less than 11 stones is too little. But it does vary a lot between body types.

Unless you're planning packing on, or already have, some serious muscle actually 13 stone is still in the "overweight" category. An average sized male of 5'10" can easily drop down to 10-11 stone, or lower, and still be well within a healthy range.

Most men at that height will still be somewhat pudgy in the 180s. When I first lost weight at 5'11", with decent visual musculature, I got down to 13 stone and still had plenty of fat left on my body to go lower. In fact for my 10% bodyfat goal range I might even eventually have to go as low as the upper 150s.

Men tend to overestimate goal size, particularly in the US. It's one thing to bulk up and then cut down, giving you a higher weight with a leaner physique, it's another to just pick higher weights just because we're losing perspective on what a normal, male body looks like. The average weight for american men just a few decades ago use to be the 160s.

OK, I'm just going to admit that every time someone posts about weight in stones I think of "Whole Lotta Rosie." I credit Bon Scott with inspiring me to find out how much a stone was, lo those many years ago.

You need to figure out what you want your body to look like and what you will be happy with, and stop worrying about what other people think. You've made a few posts now asking about what your measurements should be, how you should look, what you should weigh - no one can answer that but you. It's also going to depend on your frame and body composition as to whether you feel like a weight or measurement is "good" for you. Don't try to change yourself to fit someone else's ideal.
