Any Metaswich weightloss users around?

I have been a week on this program and, while it has controlled my hunger I am not feeling the difference in weight. In fact, I gained 0.8 lbs. I would love to hear some stories about it.

This. Learning yourself to control your hunger or how much you eat is the only way to be truly successful. Having something do it for you is a recipe for failure. You can do it. I promise.
