Hi guys
My name is Jess and I am looking for people that can help keep me motivated to lose weight and people that I can also motivate. I am 238lbs and my goal weight is 130lbs.
I've set myself a challenge to do a triathlon (maybe half) next July so I have a year to train hard which should help me accomplish my goal and help me lose wieght in the mean time
If you think that you could help me achieve my goal or that I could help you achieve yours please add me as a friend and we can have some laughs along the way

HI, I'm Deb! I've been on/off with MFP for a couple of years now and finally got back into regular physical activity April 2013. Since then I've lost 18# by making small daily diet changes & goals & doing virtual 60 day challenges. I enjoy working out but I abuse the 80/20 diet rule by not following it regularly as of late, more like 60/40..LOL
The virtual challenges and my surprising discipline on my weight loss had inspired me to go for my personal trainer certification which I just got 2 months ago but unfortunately, with great disappointment, I found that finding a job in the H&F industry at 46 yrs old and a big step career change for me was not too accepting with fitness clubs. I am actually quite shocked by this when with all of today's media focused on obesity and laws trying to be passed for super sized sugary drinks that anyone with a certification would be welcomed. Their loss!
So I'm back to further myself with my own H&F goals, keep my studies fresh and offer support, motivation & guidance w/some dry, wacky humor to keep it snappy & fresh..lol.. Please feel free to add me! Good luck to everyone in achieving their goals!0
