Hello everyone!

I'm having lots of trouble in terms of motivation and some advice from the experienced. I have a condition called Vasculitis. It's an auto-immune disorder that just messes with the flow of your blood vessels where it flares and it cause rashes and swelling on my legs. I have lost 12 lbs from Insanity and I was doing very well. But all of a sudden, I can't do it anymore due to my condition. According to my doctor I can't over-exert myself or the flare-ups will continue coming.

I've been extremely discouraged and I don't know what to do. I was close to reaching my goal with fitness that my boyfriend and I have been doing together, but this is a huge set-back for me. Not to mention the medication that I am taking (prednisone) causes a moon face that nobody likes... I need to keep my fitness level going up and toning up! Please someone help me :'( .

You will have to follow your doctors advice with this one if you don't want to continue to have flare ups. I would set an appointment and ask for advice.
