Hiya everyone
I feel like I'm on the right track, I've lost 6 pounds so far and am currently struggling to shift the last pound!
I'd ideally like to be 9 stone but I'm struggling to lose that stubborn fat off my thighs/buttocks.
I want my hips back to 34 inches they are currently 37.
I'm happy with my bust 34 inches and waist 26.5 inches.
Just to advise I have been 34/26/34 before when I was 20 but my diet wasn't good I wasn't eating enough and I want to do this right and maintain it rather than cram a load of exercise in and then just put it back on, what's the point lol.
Anyway I'd love some advice

Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient.

Hiya,
Thanks I've read them and I'm already doing what's advised on them.
I'm also worried that I may be doing too much cardio a week.
I've got an open diary what do you think?0 -
What sort of exercise do you do? Losing 1 more pound is not going to take 3 inches off your hips.0

Hiya,
Take a look at my exercise diary to see what exercise I do
When I can I try and include 2 weight training days which usually consist of between 10-16kg kettle bell swings, squats, pull, twists and some calesthetinics (can't spell that lol) training times for weights are usually around 30-45 mins.
I understand that getting down to 9 stone 4 from 9 stone 5 won't make me lose 3 inches lol my main goal is 9 stone.
I don't want to aim to low too soon, I'd rather do it gradually just to see what I can maintain.
All advice is very much appreciated.0 -
Where the weight comes off is entirely determined by genetics. Just keep exercising & eating at a small deficit.0
